Bea’s Closet
A Mission Project of St. Germaine’s Catholic Church
What We Do:
Supply emergency clothing for preemie to 2-year-old children
Provide food gift cards exclusively for children
Offer "Bundles of Love" in 51-quart bins containing essentials
Support DCS by providing special assistance, including new stuffed animals and other forms of aid
History of Bea’s Closet:
BEA'S CLOSET honors Bea and Frank Medina, long-time foster parents at St. Germaine's Catholic Church.
Bea's dedication to fostering and her influence on her family and church community endure. Amarion, whom the Medinas adopted at age three, grew up in their care, assisting in the church as an altar server, and now preparing for college while living with Bea's daughter, Debbie. Following Bea's lead, Debbie and her husband are also foster parents.
Bea's legacy of compassion lives on, inspiring us to continue caring for foster children in her memory.
